EMPACT – Suicide Prevention Center offers comprehensive crisis and community behavioral health services to children, adults and families.

The Bridge to Hope is a Phoenix based ministry offering housing to homeless single mothers while partnering them with a local Christian faith community to sponsor them emotionally, physically and spiritually.

For individuals experiencing homelessness there are many routes possible to regain stability and move toward permanent housing solutions. Many only need a temporary stay at an emergency shelter, while others need a support for a longer period of time, which is what a transitional home is designed for.
